Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan today apologised to the local media fraternity and reached a compromise with it a day after his security staff was embroiled in a skirmish with two photojournalists during the shoot of a film at the railway station here. The compromise was reached between two sides here this evening when Saif tendered an apology for the "inconvenience" caused to the media by his security guards and owned up the responsibility for the incident at a meeting with the photojournalist arranged at the initiative of the actor.

Interesting fact that we came across... The film Hullla , which is all set to release sometime soon, had its script written seven years ago, way back in 2001. And initially actors like Saif Ali Khan, Konkona Sensharma and Pankaj Kapoor were associated with the project. However, never mind the impressive ensemble, the 'proposition' failed to get producers on board, and was thus kept on the 'back burner'.

Actor Saif Ali Khan’s 38th birthday, this Saturday coincided with the festival of Raksha Bandhan. Unfortunately, Saif did not have many of his friends and relatives to celebrate his birthday this time.

“My mom and dad are not flying over from Delhi. My birthday is not such a big deal for me. I’d just be happy to spend it with Kareena (Kapoor) and my kids,” Saif told.

"Tashan" was a flop, but it is still actor Saif Ali Khan's favourite film because it brought girlfriend Kareena Kapoor into his life.

"It was great fun making 'Tashan' and something really positive came out of it. I met Kareena during 'Tashan'. That's enough for me," Saif told IANS in an interview. Starring Saif, Kareena, Akshay Kumar and Anil Kapoor, the film fell flat at the box office.
