The latest buzz that’s doing the rounds is that controversy’s babe Mallika Sherawat wants her film Fauj Mein Mauj to be re-shot. This is after 70 % of the film has been canned. It was apparent from the beginning that Madame M wasn’t too happy with the film but she continued with it as she was and is the only known star in the film. However now Mallika has asked the debutant producer Ravi Walia to re-shoot the entire film, the reason behind this is that Mallika is unhappy with the way she looks in the film. Mallika Sherawat has been finalized for the lead role in a film by Pritish Nandy Communications. Mallika will play the female lead in PNC's next romantic comedy titled Ugly And Pagli, to be directed by Sachin Khot.

The movie will have Mallika playing Pagli. Her male co-star, Ugly in the film, is yet to be finalized. But sources say Ranvir Shorey is under consideration for the role.

The intrepid Mallika Sherawat has an unlikely supporter in Sushmita Sen who is quite impressed with her "spirit and spunk". "I really think she has a lot of spirit and spunk and tremendous audacity," Sushmita told.

"To have come from where she has and to establish her own identity, and to have that kind of spirit couldn't be easy. But she has done it," she added. Tell her Mallika speaks of Sushmita as some kind of a role model, and the actress smiles. "Really? I haven't met Mallika but the little that I know of her, I like her."
