Bollywood actress Karisma Kapur, who will don the role of a judge in the forthcoming season of reality dance show 'Nach Baliye', said the decision to take up the show was an easy one for her. Karishma Kapoor and her daughter Samaira were frequent visitors on the sets of Imtiaz Ali's Jab We Met, starring Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapur. The film's 35-day Manali schedule had big sister drop in on several occasions to catch up with Kareena, who spent all her free time playing with young Samaira (we must say she's a spitting image of her father, Sanjay Kapur!). Says director Imtiaz Ali, “I met Karishma for the first time in Manali. My first impression of her was that she's still so stunning! She spread so much warmth on the sets that all of us were comfortable having her around.”

It is learnt that the first time Karishma arrived on the sets, she said a small prayer near the camera unit and proceeded to touch choreographer Saroj Khan's feet. “We were filming a song sequence and everyone was touched by her gesture. She even had a look at what Kareena had shot for on the monitor and was happy with what she saw,” says Ali.

Karisma Kapoor and ChiChi made a hit pair on screen, and it was to be a casting coup of sorts, if Ashtavinayak Cine Vision, had indeed pulled off getting Govinda and Karisma to sign on the dotted line for the same film. Contrary to reports and rumours of Karisma doing the film, the production house ensures us that no offer has been made. They tell us, “We haven’t a approached actress Karisma Kapoor for a film opposite Govinda. Contrary to tabloid reports there is no talk of such film being discussed and all reports of the same are completely false.”

When we met with actress Karisma, she said, “There’s no ‘comeback film’ for me yet. I’m looking forward to return but only with the right script.” About working with sis Kareena, she says, “I’d love to!
