While Aziz Mirza couldn’t cast his fav, SRK in a significant role in his latest movie, Kismet Konnection, he surely has managed to find his favorite actress, Juhi Chawla, a noticeable role. Juhi plays the role of a gypsy crystal ball reader, and according to the sources, she is a surprise package of the movie. Aziz Mirza also considers Juhi as his Lucky Mascot and so had made a point to make her appearance in the film…. After a long time, it’ll be great to watch the lady on screen!!!

Next Friday's big release is going to be Ashutosh Gowariker Productions Pvt. Ltd. and UTV Motion Pictures' JODHAA AKBAR. The Hrithik Roshan-Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer is expected to embark on a good start, perhaps the best of the year so far. JODHAA AKBAR is likely to have a big release in India, at about 1350 screens, out of which 500 will be digital and 850 physical prints. However, one must also take into account the controversies that await the big budgeted 40 crore venture, especially in Rajasthan. Both the releases of last Friday, Rohit Jugraj's SUPER STAR and Planman Motion Pictures' MITHYA, disappointed with a poor to dull start. While MITHYA expectedly got good reviews and is getting some benefit of it at select multiplexes, SUPER STAR could not impress even the critics (not to talk of the audience!), and is destined to lose all over. Juhi Chawla is at that stage of her career where she can comfortably experiment with her roles in each movie of hers. Her recent releases SALAA-E-ISHQ and BAS EK PAL saw her playing different characters and the same is expected from her upcoming film SWAMI. The film is unusual for number of reasons with most prominent being the pairing, which sees Juhi opposite Manoj Bajpai. While Juhi started her big screen career more than two decades back, Manoj Bajpai made his mark with SATYA around a decade back though he was noticed in BANDIT QUEEN too.
With SWAMI, choreographer turned film director Ganesh Acharya has considered the two for a unique pairing in his debut film and is now looking forward to the film's release.

Not too many moviebuffs would recall Juhi Chawla's presence in a Rakesh Roshan cinema. But nudge your memory, and you'll recall Juhi in Rakesh Roshan's ill-fasted Karobaar where she played Rishi Kapoor's wife who's tempted to spend a night with tycoon Anil Kapoor.
The remake of the Robert Redford-Demi Moore film An Indecent Proposal was a fiasco. "That's because the film got delayed. By the time Karobaar came out the story was stale. Anyway, Juhi is working with us again," says Rakesh Roshan. The lovely actress last seen as the battered wife in Onir's Bas Ek Pal, has been cast as a psychiatrist in Rakesh Roshan's comedy Krazy 4 to be directed by Raja Sen.

After "Baghban" and "Baabul", producer Ravi Chopra casts Amitabh Bachchan for the third time in "Bhootnath", which will also feature Juhi Chawla in a pivotal role.
The film, which revolves around a man (Amitabh) and a child, will be the superstar's third film in two years where his main interaction is with a child. In Sanjay Leela Bhansali's "Black" and Apoorva Lakhia's "Ek Ajnabee", too, the Big B has acted with child artistes.
"It's (the film) an interesting concept, and I couldn't say no to Ravi. We've known each other from the time I did 'Zameer' for his banner more than three decades ago. Of course, 'Baghban' and 'Baabul' have cemented my relationship with the Chopras," Amitabh told.
