Arjun Rampal, Twinkle Khanna and Sonu Nigam were on the tour of King George Hospital on National Cancer Rose Day. At the hospital they spent their time with 500 cancer patients and their families, played games and did lots of other fun activities. It was really a memorable day for the patients at the hospital.

After the debacle of his first production, I see You, Arjun Rampal is all set to direct his next film. The latest is that Arjun has requested none other than Shah Rukh Khan to act in his film. Arjun Rampal is doing his bit for charity by being father to 17 girls.

The good man has sponsored the up-keep of 15 girls, through an NGO, by promising financial support for them until they start earning themselves or until they get married.

Add to the 15 his own two daughters (Mahika and Maira) that makes 17 girls to call Arjun… Papa!

Talking about Shah Rukh, another who seems to have entered the Shah Rukh clique is Arjun Rampal. Now, we know this actor doesn't believe in 'campism' and all that. But Arj and SRK get on really well. After all their last two films - Don 2 and Om Shanti Om - were huge hits, and this has only strengthened the camaraderie. Arjun will be seen sharing screen space with the Khan next in Don 2 , but is currently enjoying his stint in EMI and Rock On.

After Suneil Shetty, Arjun Rampal has been signed for KAANTE 2. It must be mentioned that from the original star cast that comprised of six lead protagonists, only Sanjay Dutt and Suneil Shetty have been so far confirmed. With Arjun signed on for the film, it only adds on to the hunk brigade. Actor-producer Arjun Rampal is picking up his roles with utmost care and says it's a conscious decision because he doesn't want to jump into any and every film that's offered to him. "I really don't want to do work that will eventually disappoint me. I don't want to be in shabby products. I want to work with people who have the same respect for their work that I have. So, yes, it's a conscious decision not to jump into any and every work that's offered to me," Arjun told in an interview.

Arjun says there's no dearth of work. "Everyone goes through phases. Right now the phase I'm in, I need exciting and challenge work. It's very important to believe in yourself and be patient. Akshay and Gaurang fell out after the producer refused to arrange bulk passes for Akshay’s family for the pre-release screening of “Aankhen”. They also had monetary issues. Arjun felt he had got a raw deal when his only romantic song with Sushmita was edited out, and Sushmita openly supported Arjun.

Now, this has lead to the situation where the sequel to Aankhen will not star the leads from the first part.
