Aditya Chopra and Rani Mukherjee have been hiding and denying their alleged romantic relationship for eons now. And this mostly because the Chopras, Yash and Pam, did not approve of their sons closeness to the actress. Aditya was previously married to Payal Chopra from whom he is now divorced. However, all has changed now. Yash Chopra was the first to succumb to his sons love and let Rani know that he had given up his stubborn ways only to accept Rani. But it was Aditya's mother Pam who was extremely careful when it came to her proximity with Rani. At a recent award ceremony, Rani was given the thumbs up by Pam Chopra after she quickly went to ask for hers and Yash Chopra's blessings after her performance. She was hugged and blessed by both indicating that she could be a part of the family.

Needless to say, Aditya Chopra is a happy man who can finally focus on making better films. The wedding is supposedly scheduled for the sometime this year.
