Jackie Shroff in EK - THE POWER OF ONE

Sangeeth Sivan has made sure that in EK - THE POWER OF ONE, he casts as many people as possible from his last hit APNA SAPNA MONEY MONEY. Apart from roping in Chunky Pandey in a cameo, he has also got Jackie Shroff to play an intense character in EK. While Chunky Pandey played a Nepali don, Jackie was shown as a broke yet stylish don in ASMM.
Incidentally this is not the first time that Jackie and Sangeeth have worked together. Years back the two had made SANDHYA. A horror flick, it never got released and is still lying in the cans. EK - THE POWER OF ONE is a remake of superhit Telugu film ATHADU. Starring Bobby Deol and Nana Patekar in the lead, the film stars Jackie in the same role which was enacted by Rahul Dev in the original.
